भीमसेनं तथा दृष्टवा धर्मराजपुरोगमा: । विसृजन्त: शरान् राजन् कृतवर्माणमार्दयन्,राजन! भीमसेनको वैसी अवस्थामें देखकर धर्मराज आदि महारथियोंने बाणोंकी वर्षा करके कृतवर्माको बड़ी पीड़ा दी
bhīmasenaṃ tathā dṛṣṭvā dharmarāja-purogamāḥ | visṛjantaḥ śarān rājan kṛtavarmāṇam ārdayan ||
ข้าแต่พระราชา ครั้นเห็นภีมเสนตกอยู่ในสภาพนั้น เหล่ามหารถีที่มีธรรมราช (ยุธิษฐิระ) นำหน้า ก็ระดมยิงศรเป็นห่าฝน บีบคั้นกฤตวรมันให้ระทมยิ่งนัก
