तस्मादेव व्रजाम्याशु यथा मे स गुरुर्गत: । सात्यकिने कहा--ब्रह्मम! आपका कल्याण हो। मैं धर्मराजकी आज्ञासे धनंजयके मार्गपर जा रहा हूँ। आप ऐसा करें

tasmād eva vrajāmy āśu yathā me sa gurur gataḥ | sātyakine kathā—brahman, āpaka kalyāṇa ho | ahaṁ dharmarājasya ājñayā dhanañjayasya mārgapar jā raha hūṁ | bhavān evaṁ karotu yena me vilambo na bhavet | śiṣyagaṇāḥ tu sadāsa eva ācāryasya mārgam eva anusaranta āyātāḥ | ataḥ yathā mama guruḥ gataḥ tathāham api śīghram eva vrajāmi || sañjaya uvāca etāvad uktvā śaineya ācāryaṁ parivarjayan …

ฉะนั้นเราจักไปโดยเร็ว ดุจดังที่ครูของเราได้ไปแล้ว. ครั้นกล่าวดังนี้แล้ว ไศเนยะ (สาตยกี) ก็ผละจากอาจารย์และรีบเคลื่อนต่อไป.
