Adhyāya 92: Irāvanta-śoka, punaḥ-pravṛttiḥ saṅgrāmasya
Arjuna’s grief and the battle’s renewed intensity
न शुश्रूषसि तद् वाक्यं मर्त्य: पथ्यमिवौषधम् | तदेव त्वामनुप्राप्तं वचनं साधुभाषितम्
sañjaya uvāca |
na śuśrūṣasi tad vākyaṃ martyaḥ pathyam ivauṣadham |
tad eva tvām anuprāptaṃ vacanaṃ sādhubhāṣitam |
ท่านมิได้ใส่ใจถ้อยคำนั้น—ดุจมนุษย์ใกล้ตายที่รังเกียจโอสถอันเป็นทางรอด ฉะนั้น วาจาเตือนอันกล่าวไว้อย่างงดงามนั้นเอง บัดนี้ได้มาถึงท่านในรูปของผลกรรม
