Garuḍa Array and the Ardhacandra Counter-Formation
ज्वलन्तीमन्तरिक्षे तां ज्वालाभिरिव संवृताम् । असम्भ्रान्तस्तदा राजन् पिता देवव्रतस्तव
jvalantīm antarikṣe tāṁ jvālābhir iva saṁvṛtām | asambhrāntas tadā rājan pitā devavratas tava ||
สัญชัยกล่าวว่า “ข้าแต่พระราชา ครั้งนั้นพระบิดาของพระองค์ เทววรตะ (ภีษมะ) มิได้หวั่นไหวหรือสับสน ทอดพระเนตรเห็นนางลุกโพลงอยู่กลางนภา ประหนึ่งถูกลิ้นเพลิงโอบล้อมไว้ทุกทิศทุกทาง”
