Garuḍa Array and the Ardhacandra Counter-Formation
तत् ते5हं सम्प्रवक्ष्यामि महावैशसमद्भुतम्
sañjaya uvāca | tat te 'haṃ sampravakṣyāmi mahāvaiśasam adbhutam | jighāṃsantaṃ yudhāṃ śreṣṭha tadā 'sīt tumulaṃ mahat ||
สัญชัยทูลว่า— “ข้าแต่พระราชา! บัดนี้ข้าพเจ้าจะเล่าถึงมหาไวศสะอันน่าอัศจรรย์—มหาสังหารนั้นให้ทรงฟัง เมื่อเหล่านักรบพุ่งเข้าด้วยหมายสังหารยอดนักรบ ในบัดดลศึกก็ปะทุเป็นมหาโกลาหลอันกว้างใหญ่และน่าสะพรึง”
