Garuḍa Array and the Ardhacandra Counter-Formation
धनु: कूजितविज्ञानं तत्रासीत् प्रतियुद्धयत: । गात्रस्पर्शेन योधानां व्यज्ञास्त परिपन्थिनम्
sañjaya uvāca | dhanuḥ-kūjita-vijñānaṃ tatrāsīt pratiyuddhayataḥ | gātra-sparśena yodhānāṃ vyajñāsta paripanthinam jighāṃsantaṃ yudhāṃ śreṣṭha tadā āsīt tumulaṃ mahat ||
สัญชัยกล่าวว่า “ข้าแต่มหาราช ในศึกนั้นนักรบจำกันได้ก็ด้วยเสียงคันศรเท่านั้น และเหล่าทหารจำแนกศัตรูได้ด้วยการสัมผัสกาย ครั้นพวกเขากรูกันเข้าหมายสังหารภีษมะ—ยอดนักรบ—ในขณะนั้นเอง ศึกก็กลายเป็นความอื้ออึงใหญ่หลวง”
