धनुश्विच्छेद भल्लेन कार्तस्वरविभूषितम्‌ | कृपस्य निशिताग्रेण तांश्व॒ तीक्षणमुखै: शरै:

dhanuś ciccheda bhallena kārtasvaravibhūṣitam | kṛpasya niśitāgreṇa tāṁś ca tīkṣṇamukhaiḥ śaraiḥ ||

สัญชัยกล่าวว่า—ด้วยศรหัวกว้างเขาตัดคันธนูของกฤปะซึ่งประดับด้วยทองอันแวววาว แล้วด้วยศรอื่นที่ปลายแหลมและคมกริบ เขาก็รุกโจมตีต่อเนื่อง
