यथाशक्त्या भगवता तदन्नं समुपार्जितम्‌ | तस्मिन्‌ सत्रे तु यद्‌ वृत्तं यद्‌ योग्यं च तदाभवत्‌,भगवान्‌ अगस्त्य मुनिने उस यज्ञके लिये यथाशक्ति विशुद्ध अन्नका संग्रह किया था। उस समय उस यज्ञमें वही हुआ, जो उसके योग्य था

Transliteration

vaiśampāyana uvāca | yathāśaktyā bhagavatā tad annaṃ samupārjitam | tasmin satre tu yad vṛttaṃ yad yogyaṃ ca tadābhavat |

Translation

ไวศัมปายนะกล่าวว่า—ฤๅษีผู้ควรเคารพได้รวบรวมเสบียงอันบริสุทธิ์สำหรับสัตรยัญนั้นตามกำลังของตน และในพิธีนั้น สิ่งที่บังเกิดขึ้นล้วนเป็นไปโดยสมควรและถูกต้อง—ทุกอย่างดำเนินไปตามลำดับแห่งพิธีและคุณแห่งยัญนั้นเอง
