स यज्ञ: शुशुभे तस्य साक्षाद् देवर्षिसंकुल: । गन्धर्वगणसंगीत: प्रनृत्तो5प्सरसां गणै:,साक्षात् देवर्षियोंसे भरा हुआ युधिष्ठिरका वह यज्ञ बड़ी शोभा पा रहा था। गन्धर्वोंके मधुर संगीत और अप्सराओंके नृत्यसे उसकी शोभा और बढ़ गयी थी
sa yajñaḥ śuśubhe tasya sākṣād devarṣi-saṅkulaḥ | gandharva-gaṇa-saṅgītaḥ pranṛtto ’psarasāṃ gaṇaiḥ ||
ไวศัมปายนะกล่าวว่า—ยัญญะของเขานั้นรุ่งเรืองผ่องใส ประหนึ่งมีหมู่เทพฤๅษีมาชุมนุมให้เห็นประจักษ์ ความโอ่อ่ายิ่งทวีขึ้นด้วยบทเพลงอันไพเราะของหมู่คันธรรพ์ และด้วยระบำร่ายรำของหมู่อัปสรา
