राजपूजाविधानम् / Royal Reception Protocols during Āśvamedha Preparations
एवमत्र महाराज दक्षिणां त्रिगुणां कुरु । त्रित्वं ब्रजतु ते राजन् ब्राह्मणा ह्वात्र कारणम्
evaṃ atra mahārāja dakṣiṇāṃ triguṇāṃ kuru | tritvaṃ brajatu te rājan brāhmaṇā hy atra kāraṇam ||
ไวศัมปายนะกล่าวว่า “เพราะฉะนั้น ข้าแต่พระมหาราช จงถวายทักษิณาเป็นสามเท่า ณ ที่นี้เถิด ข้าแต่พระราชา ขอให้ยัญพิธีเพียงครั้งเดียวของพระองค์บรรลุฐานะเสมือนสามยัญพิธี เพราะพราหมณ์ทั้งหลายแลเป็นเหตุปัจจัยสำคัญยิ่งในพิธีกรรมนี้”
