Brahmā’s Instruction on Elements and Faculties
त्वग्घ्राणश्रोत्रचक्षूंषि रसना वाक् च संयता: । विशुद्धं च मनो यस्य बुद्धिश्चाव्यभिचारिणी
tvag-ghrāṇa-śrotra-cakṣūṃṣi rasanā vāk ca saṃyatāḥ | viśuddhaṃ ca mano yasya buddhis cāvyabhicāriṇī ||
พระวายุตรัสว่า “ผู้ใดสำรวมอินทรีย์ทั้งหลาย—ผิวกาย (สัมผัส), จมูก (กลิ่น), หู (เสียง), ตา (รูป), ลิ้น (รส) และวาจา—มีมนัสบริสุทธิ์ และพุทธิไม่คลอนแคลนจากปณิธานที่ตั้งไว้ ผู้นั้นย่อมบรรลุพรหมันอันเป็นมงคล ซึ่งเหนือกว่านั้นไม่มีสิ่งใด”
