गाव ऊचु: अध्रुवा चपला च त्वं सामान्या बहुभि: सह । न त्वामिच्छाम भद्ठरं ते गम्यतां यत्र रंस्यसे,गौओंने कहा--देवि! तुम चंचला हो। कहीं भी स्थिर होकर नहीं रहती। इसके सिवा तुम्हारा बहुतोंके साथ एक-सा सम्बन्ध है; इसलिये हम तुम्हें नहीं चाहती हैं। तुम्हारा कल्याण हो। तुम जहाँ आनन्दपूर्वक रह सको, जाओ

gāva ūcuḥ—adhruvā capalā ca tvaṃ sāmānyā bahubhiḥ saha | na tvām icchāma bhadraṃ te gamyatāṃ yatra raṃsyase ||

เหล่าโคกล่าวว่า “โอ้เทวี! ท่านไม่มั่นคงและแปรปรวน ไม่เคยตั้งอยู่ ณ ที่ใดเลย อีกทั้งยังเป็นสิ่งที่หลายคนมีร่วมกัน ดังนั้นเรามิปรารถนาท่าน ขอความสวัสดีจงมีแก่ท่าน—จงไปยังที่ซึ่งท่านจะอยู่ได้อย่างรื่นรมย์เถิด”
