Educational Q&A

The verse highlights an ideal political and social harmony: ministers (policy), priest (ritual-legitimacy), military leadership (security), and the broader populace (the realm’s constituents) move together in support of orderly rule, implying that dharma in governance depends on coordinated institutions and public alignment.

A central figure is being followed/approached in procession by key members of the court and society—ministers, the royal priest, military leadership, courtesans/performers, and the general body of subjects—indicating a formal, public movement of the royal establishment.
