तीर्थवंशोपदेशः

Tīrtha-vaṃśa Upadeśa: Instruction on the Fruits of Sacred Waters

भयात्पापात्तथा बाधादू दारिद्रयाद्‌ व्याधिधर्षणात्‌ । यत्कृते प्रतिमुच्यन्ते ते नरा: स्वर्गगामिन:,जिनके प्रयत्नसे मनुष्य भय, पाप, बाधा, दरिद्रता तथा व्याधिजनित पीड़ासे छुटकारा पा जाते हैं, वे लोग स्वर्गमें जाते हैं

bhayāt pāpāt tathā bādhād dāridryād vyādhidharṣaṇāt | yatkṛte pratimucyante te narāḥ svargagāminaḥ ||

ภีษมะกล่าวว่า “บุรุษเหล่าใด ด้วยความเพียรของตนทำให้ผู้อื่นพ้นจากความกลัว บาป เคราะห์ร้าย ความยากจน และความทุกข์ทรมานจากโรคภัย บุรุษเหล่านั้นย่อมไปสู่สวรรค์”
