स एव व्यापृतो नित्य॑ं त्रैलोक्यस्य शुभाशुभे । इन्द्र आदि देवताओंके पास उन्हींका दिया हुआ ऐश्वर्य बताया जाता है। तीनों लोकोंके शुभाशुभ कर्मोंका फल देनेके लिये वे ही सदा तत्पर रहते हैं
sa eva vyāpṛto nityaṁ trailokyasya śubhāśubhe | indra-ādi-devatānāṁ pāsa uhnīṁkā diyā huā aiśvarya batāyā jātā hai | tīnoṁ lokōṁ ke śubhāśubha karmōṁ kā phala dene ke liye ve hī sadā tatpara rahate haiṁ |
วายุเทพกล่าวว่า พระองค์เท่านั้นทรงประกอบกิจอยู่เป็นนิตย์ในการจัดสรรสิ่งมงคลและอวมงคลแก่ไตรโลก. อำนาจอธิปไตยที่ปรากฏในพระอินทร์และเหล่าเทพทั้งหลาย ก็ประกาศว่าเป็นสิ่งที่พระองค์ประทาน. พระองค์ทรงมุ่งมั่นอยู่เสมอในการแจกจ่ายผลแห่งกรรมดีและกรรมชั่วไปทั่วสามโลก.
