Shloka 13

अन्मनिं त्वं यजसे नित्यं कस्माद्‌ ब्राह्मणमर्जुन । स हि सर्वस्य लोकस्य हव्यवाट्‌ कि न वेत्सि तम्‌,अर्जुन! अग्नि भी तो ब्राह्मण ही है। तुम प्रतिदिन उसका यजन क्‍यों करते हो? क्या तुम नहीं जानते कि अग्नि ही सम्पूर्ण लोकोंके हव्यवाहन (हविष्य पहुँचानेवाले) हैं

agniṁ tvaṁ yajase nityaṁ kasmād brāhmaṇam arjuna | sa hi sarvasya lokasya havyavāṭ kiṁ na vetsī tam arjuna ||

อรชุน เหตุใดท่านจึงบูชาอัคนีทุกวันประหนึ่งพราหมณ์? ท่านไม่รู้จักเขาหรือ? เขานั่นแลคือ “หัวยวาหะ” ผู้แบกพาเครื่องบูชาของสรรพโลก
