Angiras Teaching
The verse praises the continual transmission of a sacred teaching: one who regularly teaches and clarifies it for others is protected from falling into sorrow, implying spiritual merit and inner steadiness gained through sharing dharma.
Aṅgiras, speaking as an authority, recalls that this instruction was earlier taught to the great seers and then states its fruit: the person who keeps teaching it consistently does not come to grief.
