उपदेशदोषप्रसङ्गः (Upadeśa-doṣa-prasaṅgaḥ) — The Risk of Misapplied Counsel
सांख्ये चैव परा प्रीतिस्तस्य चैवं व्यवर्धत । वे ऋषि वेद और अथर्ववेदके परिनिष्छित विद्वान् हो गये। कल्पप्रयोग और ज्योतिषयमें भी पारंगत हुए। सांख्यमें भी उनका परम अनुराग बढ़ने लगा
sāṅkhye caiva parā prītis tasya caivaṃ vyavardhata |
แม้ในสางขยะ ความปีติอันยิ่งของเขาก็เกิดขึ้น และก็งอกงามเพิ่มพูนไปฉันนั้น เขาเป็นฤๅษีผู้รอบรู้มั่นคงในพระเวท เวทางคะ และข้อวินิจฉัยแห่งอถรรพเวท ชำนาญทั้งการปฏิบัติแห่งกัลปะและวิชาโหราศาสตร์ (ชโยติษะ) และความเลื่อมใสในสางขยะของเขาก็ยิ่งทวีขึ้น
