ययातेर्वानप्रस्थतपःस्वर्गारोहणम् | Yayāti’s Vānaprastha Austerities and Ascent to Heaven
ययातिरुवाच अधर्मो न स्पृशेदेष महान् मामिह भार्गव | वर्णसंकरजो ब्रद्वान्निति त्वां प्रवृणोम्पहम्
yayātir uvāca | adharmo na spṛśed eṣa mahān mām iha bhārgava | varṇasaṅkarajo brāhmaṇn iti tvāṃ pravṛṇomy aham ||
ยยาติกล่าวว่า “โอ้ภารคพะ พราหมณ์ผู้เจริญ ข้าขอพรจากท่านว่า ในการอภิเษกนี้ อธรรมอันใหญ่หลวงซึ่งเกิดจากความหวั่นเกรงเรื่องการปะปนแห่งวรรณะ อย่าได้มาสัมผัสข้าเลย”
