ततो वेदविदस्तात सदस्या: सर्व एव तम् | राजानमूचु: सहिता लभतां ब्राह्मणो वरम्,तब सम्पूर्ण वेदवेत्ता सभासदोंने एक साथ संगठित होकर राजासे कहा--'ब्राह्मणको (स्वीकार किया हुआ) वर मिलना ही चाहिये”
tato vedavidastāta sadasyāḥ sarva eva tam | rājānam ūcuḥ sahitā labhatāṃ brāhmaṇo varam ||
แล้วบรรดาสมาชิกสภาผู้รอบรู้พระเวททั้งปวงกล่าวพร้อมกันต่อพระราชาว่า “ขอให้พราหมณ์ผู้นั้นได้รับพร (ที่ทรงประทานไว้) เถิด”
