Śṛṅgī’s Curse on King Parikṣit
Parikṣit–Śṛṅgī–Takṣaka Causal Link
वायुकिरुवाच अयं शापो यथोद्दिष्टो विदितं वस्तथानघा: । तस्य शापस्य मोक्षार्थ मन्त्रयित्वा यतामहे
vāyukir uvāca: ayaṁ śāpo yathoddiṣṭo viditaṁ vaḥ tathānaghāḥ | tasya śāpasya mokṣārthaṁ mantrayitvā yatāmahe ||
วาสุกิกล่าวว่า—“โอ้เหล่านาคผู้ปราศจากมลทิน! คำสาปนี้ตามที่มารดาได้ประกาศไว้ พวกท่านย่อมรู้กันแล้ว ดังนั้นเพื่อให้พ้นจากคำสาปนั้น เราจงร่วมปรึกษาและเพียรแสวงหาหนทางแก้ไขเถิด”
