सचक्र क्षुरपर्यन्तमपश्यदमृतान्तिके । परिभ्रमन्तमनिशं तीक्ष्णधारमयस्मयम्,उन्होंने देखा, अमृतके निकट एक लोहेका चक्र घूम रहा है। उसके चारों ओर छुरे लगे हुए हैं। वह निरन्तर चलता रहता है और उसकी धार बड़ी तीखी है

sacakra kṣuraparyantam apaśyad amṛtāntike |
paribhramantam aniśaṃ tīkṣṇadhāram ayasmayam ||
ใกล้อมฤตนั้น เขาเห็นกงจักรเหล็กหนึ่ง วงขอบโดยรอบประดับด้วยคมมีดดุจใบมีดโกน มันหมุนเวียนไม่หยุด และคมของมันแหลมคมยิ่งนัก
