Tilottamā, Sunda–Upasunda, and the Pāṇḍava Samaya (Ādi Parva 204)

इदं निर्दिष्टमयश: पुरोचनकृतं महत्‌ | तेषामनुग्रहेणाद्य राजन्‌ प्रक्षालयात्मन:,राजन! पुरोचनके हाथों जो कुछ कराया गया, उससे आपका बहुत बड़ा अपयश सब ओर फैल गया है। अपने उस कलंकको आज आप पाण्डवोंपर अनुग्रह करके थो डालिये

idaṁ nirdiṣṭam ayaśaḥ purocanakṛtaṁ mahat | teṣām anugraheṇādya rājan prakṣālaya ātmanaḥ ||

วิทุระกล่าวว่า “ข้าแต่พระราชา ความอัปยศใหญ่ที่เกิดจากการกระทำของปุโรจนะได้แพร่ไปทั่วและทำให้พระนามมัวหมองแล้ว วันนี้ขอพระองค์ทรงชำระมลทินนั้น ด้วยการแสดงพระกรุณาต่อเหล่าปาณฑพ”
