The Ritual Formalization of Draupadī’s Marriage
दृष्टवा ते तत्र पश्यन्तीं सर्वे कृष्णां यशस्विनीम् । सम्प्रेक्ष्यान्योन्यमासीना हृदयैस्तामधारयन्,यशस्विनी कृष्णा भी उन सबको देख रही थी। वहाँ बैठे हुए पाण्डवोंने द्रौपदीको देखकर आपसमें भी एक-दूसरेपर दृष्टिपात किया और सबने अपने हृदयमें ट्रपदराजकुमारीको बसा लिया
dṛṣṭvā te tatra paśyantīṃ sarve kṛṣṇāṃ yaśasvinīm | samprekṣyānyonyam āsīnā hṛdayais tām adhārayan ||
ไวศัมปายนะกล่าวว่า— ณ ที่นั้น กฤษณา (เทราปที) ผู้มีเกียรติยศก็กำลังมองพวกเขาอยู่ เมื่อได้เห็นนาง เหล่าผู้ที่นั่งร่วมกันทั้งหมดก็เหลือบมองกันและกัน และแต่ละคนก็เก็บนางไว้ในดวงใจ
