इति श्रीमहाभारते आदिपर्वणि बकवधपर्वणि बकभीमसेनयुद्धे द्विषष्ट्यधिकशततमो<ध्याय:
iti śrīmahābhārate ādiparvaṇi bakavadhaparvaṇi bakabhīmasenayuddhe dviṣaṣṭyadhikaśatatamo 'dhyāyaḥ
ดังนี้ ในศรีมหาภารตะ อาทิปัรวะ ในบรรพว่าด้วยการสังหารพกะ ในตอนศึกระหว่างพกะกับภีมเสนะ บทที่หนึ่งร้อยหกสิบสองย่อมสิ้นสุดลง
वैशम्पायन उवाच
Even when force is used, dharma is served when it is directed toward protecting the helpless and restraining predatory harm; the colophon frames the episode as a morally significant act of safeguarding society.
