मन्दर-समुद्रमन्थन-वर्णनम् / Description of the Churning of the Ocean with Mount Mandara

तस्यै भर्ता वरं प्रादादत्यर्थ पुत्रमीप्सितम्‌ । एवमस्त्विति त॑ं चाह कश्यपं विनता तदा,विनताको पतिदेवने, अत्यन्त अभीष्ट दो पुत्रोंके होनेका वरदान दे दिया। उस समय विनताने कश्यपजीसे 'एवमस्तु “कहकर उनके दिये हुए वरको शिरोधार्य किया

tasyai bhartā varaṁ prādād atyarthaṁ putram īpsitam | evam astv iti taṁ cāha kaśyapaṁ vinatā tadā ||

ครั้งนั้นกัศยปะผู้เป็นสวามีได้ประทานพรอันนางปรารถนายิ่ง—พรแห่งการได้บุตร. วินตากล่าวแก่กัศยปะว่า “เอวมัสตุ” แล้วน้อมรับพรนั้นด้วยความเคารพยิ่ง.
