न दूरं नगरं मन्ये वनादस्मादहं विभो । शीघ्र गच्छाम भद्रं ते न नो विद्यात् सुयोधन:,'प्रभो! मैं समझता हूँ, इस वनसे नगर अब दूर नहीं है। तुम्हारा कल्याण हो। अब हमलोग शीघ्र चलें, जिससे दुर्योधनको हमारा पता न लग सके”
na dūraṁ nagaraṁ manye vanād asmād ahaṁ vibho | śīghraṁ gacchāma bhadraṁ te na no vidyāt suyodhanaḥ ||
ไวศัมปายนะกล่าวว่า “โอ้ผู้ทรงพลัง ข้าคิดว่าเมืองคงไม่ไกลจากป่านี้ ขอความสวัสดีจงมีแก่ท่าน เราจงรีบไปเถิด เพื่อมิให้สุโยธนะ (ทุรโยธนะ) ล่วงรู้เรื่องของเรา”
वैशम्पायन उवाच

The speaker urges immediate departure from the forest toward a nearby city, expressing concern that Suyodhana (Duryodhana) might discover their presence. It reflects a moment of urgency and caution amid ongoing rivalry.
