Kuntī–Yudhiṣṭhira Dialogue on Bhīma’s Mission
निर्वापयन्तो ज्वलनं ते जना ददृशुस्तत: । जातुषं तद् गृहं दग्धममात्यं च पुरोचनम्,आते ही वे (सब) लोग आग बुझानेमें लग गये। उस समय उन्होंने देखा कि सारा घर लाखका बना था, जो जलकर खाक हो गया। उसीमें मन्त्री पुरोचन भी जल गया था
nirvāpayanto jvalanaṃ te janā dadṛśus tataḥ | jātuṣaṃ tad gṛhaṃ dagdham amātyaṃ ca purocanam ||
เมื่อผู้คนพากันเร่งดับเพลิง ก็ได้เห็นว่าเรือนทั้งหลังซึ่งสร้างด้วยรักนั้นถูกเผาจนเป็นเถ้าถ่านสิ้น และภายในนั้นเอง อมาตย์ปุโรจนะก็ถูกไฟเผามอดไปด้วย
