जगाम तपसे धीमान्‌ पुनरेवाश्रमं प्रति । तेषु जातेषु वृद्धेषु गतेषु परमां गतिम्‌

jagāma tapase dhīmān punar evāśramaṃ prati | teṣu jāteṣu vṛddheṣu gateṣu paramāṃ gatim ||

บัณฑิตผู้ทรงปัญญานั้นออกเดินทางอีกครั้งสู่สำนักอาศรมเพื่อบำเพ็ญตบะ และเมื่อคนเหล่านั้นได้ถือกำเนิด เติบใหญ่ชรา แล้วล่วงลับไปสู่คติอันสูงสุด กาลจักรก็ดำเนินต่อไป—เป็นเครื่องหมายแห่งการสิ้นสุดหน้าที่แห่งชีวิตและบั้นปลายอันสงบในที่สุดยิ่ง
