taṃ dṛṣṭvā śailajā prāha hṛṣṭasarvatanūruhā stuvatī caraṇau natvā ka ime bhagavanniti
Śailajā (Pārvatī)
It highlights the core posture of Linga-bhakti—darśana of the Lord, spontaneous devotion (romāñca), praise, and śaraṇāgati at the feet of Pati before seeking further understanding.
Śiva is addressed as “Bhagavān” and approached at His feet, indicating Pati—the sovereign Lord who elicits immediate devotional transformation and whose presence reveals the divine order around Him.
Namaskāra at the Lord’s feet with stuti (hymnic praise) is implied—an essential bhakti-limb aligned with Pāśupata orientation: surrender of the paśu to Pati as a gateway to grace and knowledge.
