Shloka 104

उमामहेश्वरव्रतं—पञ्चाक्षरमन्त्रस्य माहात्म्यं, न्यासः, जपविधिः, सदाचारः, विनियोगः

चत्वारिंशत्समावृत्ति प्राणानायम्य संस्मरेत् पञ्चाक्षरस्य मन्त्रस्य प्राणायाम उदाहृतः

catvāriṃśatsamāvṛtti prāṇānāyamya saṃsmaret pañcākṣarasya mantrasya prāṇāyāma udāhṛtaḥ

เมื่อสำรวมปราณาแล้ว ระลึกถึง (พระศิวะ) ด้วยการเวียนสวดสี่สิบรอบ นี้แลประกาศว่าเป็นปราณายามะที่สัมพันธ์กับมนตร์ห้าพยางค์—อันทำให้ผู้ปฏิบัติมั่นคงเพื่อการระลึกถึงพระศิวะและการบูชาลึงคะ।
