व्यपोहनस्तवनिरूपण-प्रसङ्गे नक्तभोजन-शिवव्रतविधिः (वार्षिक-प्रतिमास-क्रमः)

श्यामाकान्नघृतक्षीरैर् जितक्रोधो जितेन्द्रियः चतुर्दश्यामथाष्टम्याम् उपवासं च कारयेत्

śyāmākānnaghṛtakṣīrair jitakrodho jitendriyaḥ caturdaśyāmathāṣṭamyām upavāsaṃ ca kārayet

ผู้ชนะโทสะและสำรวมอินทรีย์ พึงถวายอาหารจากธัญพืชศยามากะพร้อมเนยใสและน้ำนม และพึงถืออุโบสถในวันจตุรทศีและวันอัษฏมี
