Adhyaya 70: आदिसर्गः—महत्-अहङ्कार-तन्मात्रा-भूतसृष्टिः, ब्रह्माण्डावरणम्, प्रजासर्गः, त्रिमूर्ति-शैवाधिष्ठानम्

ससर्ज सृष्टिं तद्रूपां कल्पादिषु यथापुरा तस्याभिध्यायतः सर्गं तथा वै बुद्धिपूर्वकम्

sasarja sṛṣṭiṃ tadrūpāṃ kalpādiṣu yathāpurā tasyābhidhyāyataḥ sargaṃ tathā vai buddhipūrvakam

ในปฐมกาลแห่งกัลป์ทั้งหลาย เขาได้บังเกิดสรรพสร้างในรูปเดิมดังแต่ก่อน; และเมื่อเขาเพ่งพินิจ สรรค์กำเนิดก็ปรากฏตามนั้น โดยมีพุทธิเป็นเบื้องหน้าอย่างเป็นระเบียบ
