Transliteration

kulālacakraparyanto yathā śīghraṃ pravartate dakṣiṇaprakrame devas tathā śīghraṃ pravartate

Translation

ดุจล้อช่างปั้นหม้อที่หมุนเร็วรอบวงทั้งหมด ฉันนั้นในทักษิณ-ประกรม เทวะ—พระศิวะ ผู้เป็นปติ—ก็เคลื่อนไหวรวดเร็ว และประทานผลสำเร็จฉับไวแก่ปศุ
