वर्णाश्रमप्रतिष्ठानो जायते नृषु सर्वतः तदा स्वल्पफला भूमिः क्वचिच्चापि महाफला

varṇāśramapratiṣṭhāno jāyate nṛṣu sarvataḥ tadā svalpaphalā bhūmiḥ kvaciccāpi mahāphalā

เมื่อในหมู่มนุษย์ทั่วทุกแห่งมีการสถาปนาระบบวรรณะและอาศรมแล้ว แผ่นดินบางถิ่นให้ผลน้อย บางถิ่นกลับอุดมผลยิ่ง—เป็นไปตามความสมดุลแห่งธรรมที่พระปติ ผู้เป็นเจ้า ทรงค้ำจุนไว้
