Shiva
It frames Shiva as Pati (the gracious Lord) who responds to devotion with vara (boon), while affirming that Vishnu’s presence is not separate from Shiva’s inner reality—supporting non-sectarian Linga worship rooted in Shiva’s anugraha (grace).
Shiva-tattva is shown as the heart-source (hṛdayodbhava) of cosmic order, within whom the viśvātmā (universal indweller) is established; this points to Shiva as the supreme ground who contains and harmonizes all divine functions.
The implied practice is bhakti-yukta upāsanā (devotional worship) culminating in prasāda/vara; in Shaiva terms this aligns with Pāśupata orientation where the pashu approaches Pati for anugraha that loosens pāśa (bondage).
