पञ्चमाय महापञ्चयज्ञिनां फलदाय च पञ्चास्यफणिहाराय पञ्चाक्षरमयाय ते

pañcamāya mahāpañcayajñināṃ phaladāya ca pañcāsyaphaṇihārāya pañcākṣaramayāya te

ขอนอบน้อมแด่พระองค์ ผู้เป็นองค์ที่ห้าเหนือห้าประการ ผู้ประทานผลแก่ผู้ประกอบมหาปัญจยัญ ผู้ทรงพวงงูบนพระพักตร์ทั้งห้า และผู้มีสภาวะเป็นมนต์ห้าพยางค์ “นะมะห์ ศิวายะ”
