प्राङ्मुखो ऽन्नानि भुञ्जीत सूर्याभिमुख एव वा / नाद्यादुदङ्मुखो नित्यं विधिरेष सनातनः

prāṅmukho 'nnāni bhuñjīta sūryābhimukha eva vā / nādyādudaṅmukho nityaṃ vidhireṣa sanātanaḥ

พึงฉันอาหารโดยหันหน้าไปทางทิศตะวันออก หรือหันหน้าไปทางพระสุริยะ ไม่พึงฉันเป็นนิตย์โดยหันหน้าไปทางทิศเหนือ นี่คือวินัยอันเป็นนิรันดร์.
