atha te bhrātṛ-putrāṇāṁ pakṣayoḥ patitān nṛpān cacāla bhūḥ kurukṣetraṁ yeṣām āpatatāṁ balaiḥ

ต่อมา โอ้วิดุระ พระผู้เป็นเจ้าทรงให้บรรดากษัตริย์ทั้งฝ่ายศัตรูและฝ่ายหลานของท่านล้มตายในศึกกุรุเกษตระ พวกเขามีกำลังยิ่งใหญ่จนเมื่อเคลื่อนพลในสนามรบ แผ่นดินดูราวกับสั่นสะเทือน
