FAQs

This verse says that one who meditates on sattva as existing within Krishna can attain access to heavenly recreation, with celestial attendants arriving in a divine airplane—showing that refined, sattvic contemplation yields higher-world results.

In this chapter Krishna explains yogic meditations and their specific outcomes. He tells Uddhava how different contemplations produce corresponding destinations, here describing a sattva-focused meditation that leads to celestial enjoyment.

Cultivate purity and clarity—truthfulness, clean habits, regulated senses—and meditate on Krishna as the indwelling Lord; even if one is not seeking “heaven,” this practice increases inner peace, discernment, and devotion.
