The Slaying of Narakāsura (Bhaumāsura), Rescue of the Princesses, and the Pārijāta Episode Begins
गत्वा सुरेन्द्रभवनं दत्त्वादित्यै च कुण्डले । पूजितस्त्रिदशेन्द्रेण महेन्द्रयाण्या च सप्रिय: ॥ ३८ ॥ चोदितो भार्ययोत्पाट्य पारिजातं गरुत्मति । आरोप्य सेन्द्रान् विबुधान् निर्जित्योपानयत्पुरम् ॥ ३९ ॥
gatvā surendra-bhavanaṁ dattvādityai ca kuṇḍale pūjitas tridaśendreṇa mahendryāṇyā ca sa-priyaḥ
ตามคำทูลของพระนางสัตยภามา พระผู้เป็นเจ้าทรงถอนต้นปาริชาตะสวรรค์ขึ้นทั้งราก แล้ววางไว้บนหลังครุฑ; ครั้นทรงปราบพระอินทร์พร้อมเหล่าเทวะแล้ว จึงอัญเชิญต้นนั้นกลับสู่ราชธานีของพระองค์
In this verse, Indra and Indrāṇī respectfully worship Śrī Kṛṣṇa after He returns Aditi’s earrings, showing that even the king of heaven honors the Supreme Lord.
Because Kṛṣṇa restored Aditi’s stolen earrings and demonstrated His supreme power and protection of the righteous, Indra received Him with reverence and affection.
Offer respect to divine goodness and virtue wherever it appears, and cultivate humility—recognizing that real greatness naturally honors the Supreme and His service.
