FAQs

This verse teaches integrated bhakti: let the mind rest at Kṛṣṇa’s lotus feet, let speech chant and speak His names, and let the body serve through acts like offering obeisances and other devotional practices.

In intense separation from Kṛṣṇa, the gopīs express the essence of their practice: since they cannot be with Him physically, they resolve to keep every faculty—mind, words, and body—anchored in His remembrance and service.

Keep a daily habit of remembering Kṛṣṇa (mind), chanting or speaking His names and teachings (speech), and performing tangible acts of devotion—prayer, bowing, temple service, charity, and disciplined conduct (body).
