सन्नियच्छाभिभो मन्युं निबोध श्रावितं च मे । सर्वत: सारमादत्ते यथा मधुकरो बुध: ॥ २ ॥

Transliteration

sanniyacchābhibho manyuṁ nibodha śrāvitaṁ ca me sarvataḥ sāram ādatte yathā madhu-karo budhaḥ

Translation

ข้าแต่พระผู้เป็นเจ้า โปรดระงับพระพิโรธให้สิ้นเชิง และทรงสดับถ้อยคำที่ข้าพเจ้าจะทูลด้วยความอดทน แม้ข้าพเจ้าจะยากไร้ แต่บัณฑิตย่อมรับเอาแก่นสารจากทุกแห่ง ดุจภมรเก็บน้ำผึ้งจากดอกไม้ทุกดอก
