सह॑स्रधाम॒न् विशि॑खा॒न् विग्री॑वां छायया॒ त्वम्। प्रति॑ स्म च॒क्रुषे॑ कृ॒त्यां प्रि॒यां प्रि॒याव॑ते हर
sahásradhāman víśikhān vígrīvāṃ chāyáyā tvám | práti sma cakrúṣe kṛtyā́ṃ priyā́ṃ priyā́vate hara ||
O thou of thousand dwelling-places, with thy shadow make it crestless, make it neckless. Thou verily hast turned back the witchcraft—bear thou the dear one to him that holds it dear.
โอ้ผู้มีที่สถิตพันแห่ง (sahasradhāman) ด้วยเงาของท่านจงทำให้มันไร้ยอด (viśikhān) ไร้คอ (vigrīvām) แท้จริงท่านได้ตีกลับมนตร์ทำร้าย (kṛtyā) แล้ว—จงนำผู้เป็นที่รักไปสู่ผู้ที่รักเขา
