यदि॑ क॒र्तं प॑ति॒त्वा सं॑श॒श्रे यदि॒ वाश्मा॒ प्रहृ॑तो ज॒घान॑ । ऋ॒भू रथ॑स्ये॒वाङ्गा॑नि॒ सं द॑ध॒त् परु॑षा॒ परुः॑

IAST Transliteration

yádi kartáṃ patitvā́ sáṃśaśre yádi vā́śmā prahr̥tó jaghā́na | r̥bhúḥ rathásyevā́ṅgāni sáṃ dadhát páruṣā páruḥ ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

If, falling into a pit, thou hast been shattered; if a stone, hurled, hath smitten thee—then, as R̥bhu set together the members of a chariot, so let joint be fitted unto joint.

Translation

หากเจ้าตกลงในหลุมแล้วแตกสลาย; หากก้อนหินที่ถูกขว้างได้ฟาดเจ้า—แล้วดุจฤภุ (R̥bhu) ผู้ช่างประกอบอวัยวะแห่งรถศึกเข้าด้วยกัน ขอให้ข้อเข้าข้อ ปล้องเข้าปล้อง ประสานกลับดังเดิม.
