अभिवृष्टा ओषधयः प्राणेन समवादिरन्। आयुर्वै नः प्रातीतरः सर्वा नः सुरभीरकः

IAST Transliteration

abhivŕ̥ṣṭā óṣadhayaḥ prāṇéna sámāvādiran | āyúr vái naḥ prá-ātītaraḥ sárvā naḥ surabhī́rakaḥ ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

The Herbs, well rained upon, have spoken forth in concord with Prāṇa: may Life, indeed, bear us across; and may all of them be for us of kindly fragrance and of gracious power.

เหล่าโอสถทั้งหลายที่ได้รับฝนชุ่มฉ่ำ ได้เปล่งวาจาประสานพร้อมกับปราณะ (Prāṇa ลมหายใจ/พลังชีวิต) ขอให้อายุ (Āyus) พาเราข้ามพ้นเคราะห์ภัยเถิด และขอให้โอสถทั้งปวงเป็นของเราด้วยกลิ่นหอมอันเป็นมงคล และด้วยฤทธิ์อันกรุณาเกื้อกูล
