प्रकृतिकोपकमधर्मिष्ठमनैकान्तिकं चैतदिति कौटिल्यः ॥ कZ_०५.६.३२ ॥
Transliteration
prakṛti-kopakam adharmiṣṭham anaikāntikaṃ caitad iti kauṭilyaḥ
Translation
เกาฏิลยะกล่าวว่า “แนวทางนี้ทำให้องค์ประกอบของรัฐโกรธเคือง เป็นอธรรม และไม่ให้ผลที่แน่นอน”
