विक्रान्तं प्रकृतिकोपेन घातयेत् ॥ कZ_०५.६.२६ ॥
Transliteration
vikrāntaṃ prakṛti-kopena ghātayet
Translation
ผู้ที่ล้ำเส้นจนก้าวร้าวเกินควร ควรถูกกำจัดโดยยั่วยุให้ “องค์ประกอบของรัฐ” โกรธเคือง (จนพวกเขาหันมาต่อต้านเขาเอง)
