तस्याकरणे वा समाहर्ता कार्यमपदिश्य पौरजानपदान्भिक्षेत ॥ कZ_०५.२.३१ ॥
Transliteration
tasyākaraṇe vā samāhartā kāryamapadiśya paurajānapadānbhikṣeta
Translation
หากไม่ทำเช่นนั้น สมาหรรตฤ (ผู้จัดเก็บรายได้) ควรอ้างความจำเป็นสาธารณะแล้วขอรับเงินสมทบจากชาวเมืองและชาวชนบท
