janapadamūlā durgakośadaṇḍasetuvārttārambhāḥ

Translation

ป้อมปราการ คลังหลวง อำนาจบังคับ/การลงโทษ (กำลังทหาร) งานชลประทาน (เขื่อน/คลอง) กิจกรรมเศรษฐกิจ และกิจการทั้งปวง—ล้วนมีรากฐานอยู่ที่ชนบท/แว่นแคว้น (ชนบท-ชุมชน, janapada)
